After successful previous editions with satisfied photographers, lots of fun and beautiful photos, we wanted to raise the bar for this new edition with our first Luxury Styled Shoot! We spent a long time looking for the perfect location and ended up at Chateau de la Hulpe, the dream location that has everything that makes your photography heart beat faster.

We try to arrange different settings at the shoot location, take photos of the bridal couple near the wedding car in front of the impressive chateau.

PHOTOS WITH THE BRIDAL COUPLE
The location has 220 hectares of land, where you will find beautiful gardens as well as special rooms inside the chateau. This way you are guaranteed to go home with a full SD card.
WHY WOULD YOU CHOOSE FOR THIS STYLED SHOOT?
My first wedding photo was taken during a styled shoot. I first wanted to see if wedding photography suited me without the stress of a real wedding.
12 months later I was able to quit my job and continue as a self-employed photographer. My calendar as wedding photographer has been fully booked ever since.
This was the reason for me to organize styled shoots myself, showing a perfect mix in your portfolio in order to reach your ideal customer.
Last year I participated in a luxury styled shoot abroad, an investment in myself and my company, these photos have brought me so much, in addition to the fact that I have more then fully earned back the investment, these photos were published in a well-known magazine and I have grown enormously on social media. This has made me appreciate the value of a styled shoot even more, whether you are an experienced or novice photographer.

WHAT IS INCLUSIVE?
-Access to the exclusive location of Chateau de la Hulpe
-A completely organized styled shoot.
-A professional model couple in bridal wear
-4 hours to photograph all settings
-Networking with photographers
OPTIONAL For the photographers who are coming from abroad or have to travel, there is the option to book an overnight stay including dinner with me and other photographers in the evening! Where we can have a nice chat about the styled shoot & photography, with breakfast the next morning after which we all head back home.

Is this Styled Shoot business deductible?Your ticket is deductible for business purposes, but the invoice is exempt from VAT because we are part of the KOR Scheme.

Will I receive my money back if I am unexpectedly unable to attend?If you are unable to attend due to illness or other matters, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your participation after purchase, but we will do everything we can to find a photographer who would like to take over your ticket.

Where and at what time should I be present?You will receive the final location and time of the photo shoot location from us in advance.

Can I also participate if I am less experienced?Yes! That is certainly possible, there is always enough professional guidance available to help you.

What happens when it rains?When it rains we can take photos between the showers. If we see in advance that the weather will be so bad that we cannot photograph outside, the shoot will not take place and the purchase amount of your styled shoot ticket will be refunded.
